“Just finished this podcast and I did like the story and characters, it's the author/narrator that ruined it for me. He speaks in this monotone that just drones on and on. It's like the page he was reading from had no commas, exclamation points or periods. As a couple of other reviewers noted there are no breaths between the conversations among the characters and it makes it very difficult to understand what is happening or who is saying what. I had to listen to some chapters a 2nd time to keep up with the story. Now I'm not expecting multiple voices like Scott Sigler or Seth Harwood but take a lesson from Nathan Lowell on how narrate and bring a story to life. I will listen to parts 2 and 3 and hopefully Mr. Callahan has learned from these reviews.”
