Nourish Your Way to Reverse Multiple Sclerosis with Adrienne Scharli

Nourish Your Way to Reverse Multiple Sclerosis with Adrienne Scharli

In today's episode, VJ is joined by guest Adrienne Scharli, who had symptoms of MS twice and has been able to overcome her symptoms by changing her diet.

Adrienne Scharli is a health advocate, an author, a wife, and a step-mom of 3
    grown children, and 2 grandkids.

In 1998 and in 2015 she had episodes of MS symptoms and was fully
diagnosed in 2015. Soon after her diagnosis, she discovered a TED talk and
learned that the right diet was a big part in healing. She knew then that she
needed to radically change her diet and did it immediately. Processed foods
were emitted along with sugar, gluten, dairy, and trans fats. Within 4-6 weeks,
most of her symptoms vanished and within about 4–5 months, her full vision
    returned.

After healing, Adrienne soon realized that in the U.S. we have poor nutritional
education, prescription drugs are over-prescribed, and too many processed
foods are being purchased and consumed. She wants to be the living proof
and a guide proving that diet and lifestyle matters.

She earned her health coaching certificate from the Institute of Integrative
Nutrition in 2022. To help others, she created 2 Facebook pages called MS
Support for Nutrition & Lifestyle and Nourish your Way. In 2022 she
published a cookbook full of nutrient-dense and delicious recipes to help
others with autoimmune or chronic diseases called Nourish your Way to
Health. In 2023 she wrote and published a paperback book called The Path to
    Reverse Multiple Sclerosis Naturally.

She’s not only a survivor of Multiple Sclerosis, but she’s also happy that she
can contribute a little bit of healing and wellness information to the world.
Knowing what a scary diagnosis of MS can be, she wants to spread the word
that anyone has the power to heal.

Adrienne is in the process of starting a full-time career coaching others with
    autoimmune and chronic diseases.

You can find more information on her website — www.nourishyourway.com.

LYHPopie ,

WBC Count

I just got diagnosed with an autoimmune disease with a positive Rheumatoid factor. I have had low white blood cell counts for over 20 years. At 74, all the other numbers have been fine except for what I thought was osteoporosis in my joints and hands in particular. I thought this was from rock climbing and working in the garden. Now extreme fatigue has set in. This podcast gives me hope to get better. Thank you so much!
