“I really tried to like this podcast, but the dialogue is way to meandering (I don’t want to hear how drunk the hosts are). I do identify as a feminist, love film and the simplicity of trying to find films where women have meaningful conversation. Ironically, in the intro to the ‘Legally Blond’ podcast the hosts said they were demonstrating passing the Bechtel test and then used an example of a time when two women in the film were teaching each other how to engender the male gaze (the bend and snap move). Sheesh, common people! This podcast doesn’t have enough structure or analysis for me.”
