“I’ve been a Christian for 25 years and have always been encouraged to read thru the Bible. While I have attempted many times and spend a lot of time in the Bible, this has been the push that I have needed to keep going, especially thru parts of the Old Testament. Many times I would stop somewhere in Psalms as it was honestly too emotional and heavy and poetic to keep coming back to each day. I prefer stories over poetry.😁I’m thankful to have the “hard stuff” broken up. Also I’m enjoying the layering of the telling of the stories from different books in the Bible. I listen to it read to me as I read along and then the Recap points out all the goodies I missed! Thank you!!”
