Caitlyn Warakomski, a New Jersey native, is the creator behind the blog/instagram and now clothing line, HOW DO YOU WEAR THAT.  Her Instagram is comprised of style advice for women, , a lookbook for Caitlyn’s own personal style, and hopefully a place for others to feel inspired to push the envelope a little bit when putting together an outfit. Caitlyn also started her own clothing brand in 2020 - what started as a total accident has turned into her dream job -- designing and creating classic silhouettes with a modern touch + dash of funkiness. Making getting dressed everyday so much easier - sometimes you don't want to think about what to wear. With this in mind, HDYWT creates effortless pieces you can rely on to feel cool, confident and casually luxurious -- comfortable enough to wear all day, everyday yet cool enough to wear out.

Dana and Julie are partners at The Granola Bar Hospitality Group, where they preside over six cafes, a food truck, restaurant consultancy and a new Manhattan restaurant and grab-and-go destination. While their strengths may differ, it’s the sum of their parts that puts the special sauce into TGB. The episode I'm sharing this week is from a live recording that took place in front of a beautiful female audience last week in NYC in collaboration with one of my favorite brands, MMLaFleur, a workwear brand that was founded on the belief that when women succeed, the world becomes a better place.  This panel really ended up being this beautiful medley of an uplifting but also very real talk on career, how we define and gauge success in a post pandemic world, moments of magic that help us feel connected, and how to better lean into our intuition and internal voice.  My 3 panelists Hitha Palepu, Kristin O'Keefe, and Olivia joan are incredible and all have these varying perspectives and stories to share.  We also hear from my dear friend and intuitive business coach Alex Caoila who opens us up with a beautiful meditation - there was really just so much magic in bringing together these women that night and I'm excited to share this with you now.
