One opinion I often hear is that MLB teams need more young Black people in their front office. That is true, but the path to getting into a position as an MLB Front Office Executive is tricky. Those future GMs may have grind at levels they didn't even know existed. Brandon Rembert is one of those future GMs currently out on the grind. Brandon is a development scout for the Pittsburgh Pirates. At 25, he has taken control of his career and is working to put himself off the road and in an MLB Front office someday.
