Description
James Grage always felt most comfortable in the gym, even if life wasn't always going his way. In his own words, "fitness was the only thing I had going on for me." But when this self-proclaimed gym rat suffered a devastating car accident that left both of his legs shattered, doctors told him it would be a struggle just to be able to take care of himself. Determined to prove he could do better, Grage regained his strength and range of motion and discovered a new way to rebuild his body and his strength: bands. Now, the founder of Undersun Fitness has left the gym behind and uses bands exclusively to maintain his size and physique, inspiring fellow bodybuilders and competitors to do the same.
