“Such a wonderful podcast - I haven’t missed an episode in the last ~18 months! Funny, insightful and such a joy to listen to - they manage to perfectly pull off the art of discussing and reviewing books without spoiling them for the future reader! Episode always include current reading by the hosts/upcoming reads ( I’m forever adding the books they discuss to my TBR list!) & episode themes include recent book prizes, favourites from specific genres, and often feature guest hosts from other well known book podcasts!
I decided to become a Patreon for purely selfish reasons (in the hopes that this podcast continues forever!), but also because of how much I genuinely enjoy their podcast! As a Patreon I now get personalised book recommendations and books in the post tailored to my favourite genres/literary tastes! Just wanted to give a specific shout-out to this service, as I’m always shocked at how perfect their selections are - it’s like my own personal book subscription service!”
