Learn from the best
I have a morning ritual which includes doing the most important tasks within the first 3 to 4 hours after I wake up. And this podcast has played such an important role in my life and fitness career such that I make sure to devote atleast 30 minutes first thing in the morning to Cody everyday. Thanks Cody for producing such great and high quality work consistently for such a long period of time. Cheers to bigger adventures. Regards.
