“Have just spent the last week or so in the happy company of the brilliant characters of the four book Dublin Trilogy....there’s got to be a hint from that as to just how original these books are!
I listen to all my books (drive a lot) so had no characters already formed in my imagination. They burst into life from the start with the brilliant narrator chosen for the books. I was delighted to find the Bunnycast mentioned at the end of the books.
Completely agree with a previous reviewer about the dangers of listening to the books or podcasts in public...snorting laughter doesn’t happen that often listening to an audiobook...be warned!!!
