So interesting
I was actually recommended to listen to this podcast by my history lecturer and I am glad that I did. I never knew that central station was once a cemetery. Whenever I do enter the station by train I always see the archways of the mortuary station and think how beautiful they are but I didn’t realise it was a mortuary station. I am so fascinated by old cemeteries and am so grateful for this podcast bringing some history and knowledge of a now relatively hidden topic. My only critique is that once you listen to an episode it plays the previous episode again and not the next one if you want to listen to it in order which is annoying. So when I listened to episode 2, it started to replay episode 1 again.

Easy to listen to podcast! History and what it has to offer us today is amazing. From a family tree research enthusiast I find it fascinating that what a family must of gone through in those days to be told you have two months to exhume your loved ones body and move it!
