Dr. Kherlopian's industry experience is cross-sector, including Global Fortune 100 Companies, elite asset managers, startups, as well as government organizations such as the FDA and NASA, firms like Genpact and Booz Allen Hamilton. As a thought leader, he co-authored the Field Guide to Data Science, the most successful publication in Booz Allen Hamilton’s 100+ year history. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on Algorithms from Columbia University, a PhD in Biophysics with a focus on Machine Learning from Cornell University and completed a fellowship in High Performance Computing and Artificial Intelligence at Princeton University.

I had a special interview with Scott Sandschafer and it was conducted remotely from Switzerland. Scott is Novartis CIO and Head of NBS IT in Basel, Canton of Basel-Stadt, Switzerland. He was appointed as Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chrysler Group LLC in December 2009. Prior to that Scoot worked at Accenture, leading numerous global information and communication technology programs with broad global reach. Sandschafer is an automobile enthusiast and loves to spend his free time with his family.
