Wish I had found this months ago!

A lot of good tips and great to hear something that doesn’t go down the standard sleep training route. However, the delivery is VERY repetitive and the podcast takes a long time to just give a few simple tips which makes it hard to listen to. Would be even better if it was cut in half.

I found this having read/listened to all sorts of advice and information in the middle of the night. What a relief! Only just putting advice into practice but I already feel much more reassured and confident in what we’re doing. Thank you
