The most profound key in understanding the Bible is summarized thus‘ The Old Testament is the New Testament concealed and the New Testament is the Old Testament revealed.' In this teaching, we are taught the Providential nature of God. ‘JIREH' means the Providential God. Abraham decided to believe God showing ‘Simple Faith' (Heb 11:17). That if God has declared a thing, no matter what happens He is Providential! Even in the hardest of times, your conviction has to affect your conclusion. God is good, has always been good, and He will forever be good.
