Description
Government announced in late May that it is moving ahead with consultations for ten proposed protected areas, including several in Central Newfoundland. One area that some people want protected is NOT within the boundaries of a proposed protected area. "Charlie's Place" is the name given by Mi'kmaw people to an area between the northwest and southwest Gander Rivers. So where does that leave Charlie's Place?
