43 and perimenipausal
Thank you for talking about this. I am an active 43 year old. I workout 5-6 days a week. I eat healthy about 85% of the time. I am in peri menopausal stage. It is really miserable right before (2 weeks) I start my cycle with hot flashes and night sweats. There is not enough conversation around this topic! Thank you!
