Rep. Rashida Tlaib should condemn Hamas for using Palestinian civilians as human shields in the Gaza Strip by building terrorist infrastructure beneath the main hospital, not allowing civilians to evacuate from areas built around Hamas bases, and Hamas not sharing food, fuel, and water with the civilians Hamas is responsible for governing.
