“This podcast would be great if you eliminated one of the hosts, Cher. She derails the conversation on a regular basis, adds inane commentary, obviouosly annoys the two authors and comes off as a vapid fangirl who doesn't understand the show or good writing in general. The Episode from 5/3/18 was great because she was not present. The authors, Cas and the other host could hold a discussion without constant moronic interjections.
An example of Cher's inane chatter was during an episode segment where they shout out other shows, books etc that they are enjoying and recommend. I don't know that show Cher was recommending but her suggestion was "Guys this show is great is has everything...I mean it just has everything!" What an insightful description Cher.
This show would get 4 stars if it wasn't for Cher.”Read full review »
