I’ve been listening since the very first episode. All the back to when BJ was flogging pickles and fudge trying to make ends meet. And through all that time he has great ratings. Not just for the stories. He has always cultivated an intimate, very personal relationship with his listeners. It makes listening more fun because you feel like you know the reader as a person. And he’s a really decent person. I never bought the fudge or the pickles. But I have supported the podcast off and on in various ways. And encourage you to do the same. -Ford

I truly wanted to get past BJ's annoying, pretentious delivery and catch up on some classics, but I just couldn't take it. I listened to "The Jumping Frog of Calaveras County" and much prefered his exaggerated crochetty old man voice to his "normal" narration. Had to...Read full review »
