Many times we are restricted from being our authentic self because it takes the light off of someone else . This can be misinterpreted and internalized as if something is wrong with you. Nothing is wrong with you ! Your energy is too strong and gravitational that some people can’t take it !

I don’t know about you , but I’ve spent a lot of my life defining my happiness through others. I found that they were happy and I felt burnt out. I did not know that happiness meant honoring myself even when it disappoints someone else. Let’s dive into this some more !
