I’ve enjoyed listening to this podcast, Halie’s voice is very calming. I love her art and it’s nice to listen to her talk about her routines in the studio and her beautiful approach to her artwork.

Thanks so much for the share on manifesting! I remember having a similar meditation, journaling, and manifested visions. In 2019
I began a career transition, saying goodbye to the corporate grind. The vision was to be in service through teaching yoga, meditation, and self awareness to humans and continue that training, leaving the US.
Then with 2020 and all of its deviations and developments caused me to experience ptsd w a splash of agoraphobia - in both body and mind.
I’m becoming more independent, literally a mile at a time! This episode energized me!! I remember how yes, I can manifest a creative space I want to implement a newly designed practice and teaching platform, all in a more accessible way. I don’t believe that would have occurred before!! Thanks again!!
Meditation by the ocean
I loved what you said about gifts meaning the skills and creativity that we have. It strikes me that there are also gifts and skills that we aren’t given. There are skills I wish I had but don’t have, does not diminish those I have. Rather it felt like I could let go of things I wish I could do and frees my mind for all those that I can do. My version of my art is my gift, a blessing given to me to use. I love all the podcasts, the timeless quality, the inclusive language used. You are precious.
