Mental Talk
I really enjoyed the Productivity tips podcast - however, I would say that it was actually refreshing to hear about the changes to thought patterns that are needed when trying to beat procrastination. I read a lot of tips, and how-tos, but quite often they leave out the fact that you do have to change some of the fundamental ways you think about tasks. Whilst it can be construed as hippy, there is a need to talk about changing thought patterns to help with productivity. Perhaps another part of it is changing our mind set to see that talking about the mental gymnastics of changing and creating habits, as well as being more productive and beating procrastination, is not hippy dippy, but a very essential part of having a more intentional and productive life. It wasn't until I realised that I needed to start changing the way I thought about things, an on going practise, that everything started to come together. After listening to your podcast I then listened to the Art of Simple podcast, A Well-Trained Mind, with Susan Wise Bauer, talking about homeschooling and thought processes, really interesting and relevant even to someone in post graduate research, especially owning the learning process. Thanks for these podcasts, looking forward to listening to more.Read full review »

Amazing podcast that informatively gives entertainment and vice versa. Great host and well thought out episodes.

This is awesome. I think it's the only podcast in a niche that needs the coverage. I wish he gave out an email in the show, but that's a minor niggle.Read full review »
