“I just listen to my first episode #188 with Michael Wright about using software. He mentioned incorporating his supervisors daily reports into the OAC. He called them Owner And Contract meetings. The host had not heard of an OAC and asked for clarification of what an OAC was, which Michael again repeated incorrectly as owner and contractor meeting . It’s called and Owner, Architect and Contractor meeting. The A is for Architect, not And. Not sure what kind of construction these people have done but this is certainly something even grade B level contractors know about. Not impressed that the first episode I listened to out the gate you don’t even know the industry standard OAC. Nothing Master Class about that. First impressions count.”
