“This is such a hot button topic for me having had a few nightmare billing situations, I was hesitant to listen concerned it would trigger strong feelings back to the surface.
Convincing myself to try the first two episodes, I now look forward to the next one each week.
Appreciate the case data being solicited and not having a pre-conceived solution - it’s not either what we have now or what Canada (insert other country) has - it’s determine what makes sense here.
