“I have learned some great pearls from this show. The only thing that bothers me is that they push referral based medicine and undermine primary care. I am a broadly trained family medicine physician. Every specialist you bring on acts like everything needs to referred to them. This is not always the case, often not possible, and makes for expensive care with so many opportunities for communication breakdowns. Thanks for a great show though!”
