“Journalspeak”-ing is so helpful!!
Every time I listen to Dr. Sachs, I learn something new that is helping me with my chronic pain! Especially her advice about how to journal. Journalspeak, as she calls it, is so much more effective for me than the way I used to journal. I got a lot from the episode about “playing with the edges of” one’s fears and phobias, too. This podcast is like going to therapy and Nicole is so kind and compassionate, it’s comforting to listen to her. But she’s also got the wisdom and experience you need to make real progress. After listening to a few episodes, you might be like me and think of life as “BN” and “AN”—“Before Nicole” and “After Nicole”!

I love this podcast. Sometimes listening to the stories can be hard and scary but the informative chats with just Nicole are my favorite. She really breaks it down and makes it clear she cares about you. I don’t believe in angels but if I did Nicole definitely is an angle.

The work of Nicole Sachs and Dr Sarno is life changing. I’ve only been on the journey a few months but I know TMS is real and I have it. This podcast is a source of inspiration information and encouragement to keep going on the journey.
