Me, my sneakers, and Scott
What a great program. I listen to Scott Smith's "Motivation to Move" podcast as well and DEPEND on these little "nuggets" to get me motivated through my workout. So far , this is the only thing that can motivate me to lose weight-the healthy was. Easy to listen too, not too technical, just straight out encouragement that ANYONE can get up and MOVE! Daily motivation is key. I had listened to this free podcast for over a year and noticed a pattern. When I listened, I got things done and I stayed on track.
