This isn’t fluffy advice. It’s real and useful and recognizes the vulnerability we all have (or should have) about being a parent. Insert this into your daily routine

I am 42 year old father of a 10 and 15 year old, one boy and one girl respectively. Even after being a parent for years your first child will always bring first experiences. This podcast has made reflect on the good and bad things I have done as a parent. Therefore it reminds of what not to do...Read full review »

Most of the shorter episodes are giving a pop-up message that the episodes are not playable or downloadable (even with automatic downloads setting on). Setting this review to get attention to the problem- will delete once problem is solved. Great podcast otherwise.

Great show that I love listening to first thing after dropping kids off at school in the morning. When it has been a great morning, Daily Dad helps you appreciate it, when it was a tough morning it put things in perspective and help you relax and be grateful for what you have. All while learning...Read full review »

I love this podcast. As a parent of two young kids (8 and 7) Ryan's bite sized lessons are a great way to step back and reframe parenting so I can do the most important job in my life. Thank you!Read full review »

I listen to this every morning with coffee before the rest of my family wakes up. Listening keeps me from staring at my phone as I watch the sunrise. This supplanted a habit of reading mind numbing news headlines and stories. Sometimes I write in my journal after or just sit in silence and...Read full review »

Listening to Ryan is very uplifting and extremely useful. The truths he imparts on the Daily Dad often strike chords deep down inside us and on occasion, make us emotional (at least me!) The Daily Dad is a must listen for any father in search of excellence.

I have found this podcast a very hard listen on occasion, but having your flaws pointed out to you when it concerns your most precious relationships, it will of course be hard, However I can say without a shadow of a doubt I am a better father for listening and then implementing the ideas from...Read full review »

Ryan makes a difference. His art reveals a complex but compassionate and caring voice. That voice is evident in his podcasts and books. We’re all fortunate he’s used his talents the way he has. Listening to this and his other forms of media will not disappoint. He may push you a bit but this is...Read full review »

The content is good, but around 50% of the short snippet is ads and intro: - Each episode has a 30 second intro, with around 1min 20-30seconds on ads. If an episode was 3 minutes. That is only 50% of your time on content. For someone that pushes stoicism, you would expect the bare minimum of...Read full review »

I just had a dream job opportunity and couldn’t wait to say yes. I knew it would be hard to move my family, particularly my oldest son. On the long drive home, my enthusiasm was tempered with the recurring opening intro to this podcast, “…helping you with your most important job, being a parent.”...Read full review »

Ryan goes into short thoughts from ancient philosophers and apply it to modern time. Very short but straight to the point.

These pearls of wisdom start my day on the right foot, reminding me of how to succeed at my most important job. Thanks to Ryan Holiday for providing them! Should just be called the daily ad. It would be nice If it wasn’t for all the Democrat Party cheerleading. It’s a little off-putting and distracting.

What a delight to learn of Ryan and his remarkable daily newsletter and podcast. Parenting is hard enough…getting a daily boost of wisdom and encouragement is a gift. They are short enough to grab one as I walk home from drop-off or wait for my latte. Thank you Ryan!

This podcast is the very first thing I listen to when I get in my truck for work every single morning! I am always so grateful for the stories and lessons and how relevant they are to my life with my son. Ryan, you’re doing great work. Keep it up.

For a while I have enjoyed Ryan’s messages. They have been invaluable at times. I am actually saddened to unfollow his podcast. I love everything Ryan holiday does, and I encourage ads/promos to be able to support creators such as Ryan. I’ve been listening regularly for close to a year and a half. I love the content, but the ads have become excessive. I think the topics of the short lessons are perfect. And to be motivated enough to post one a day is just amazing. Forcing innocent kindergarten kids not just to accept, but rather to celebrate, the sexual predilections of adults is a sign of society in decline. That’s what the word groomer means. I don’t always agree with Ryan’s perspective or statements. He was infuriatingly wrong about “Bean Dad.” He is too online. He may be more hat than cattle. And the ads are obnoxious.
