“Unfortunately, Good Old Southern' ignorance has led this podcast to describe a world, and now an international space feud, that does not exist. People and nature are being hurt by this industry, and it is very difficult for most privileged people to see just how.
The hosts of this podcast were raised in a way that they do not see (or care about) whether their passions cause fellow humans to be left behind. The space industry DEPENDS on leaving people behind. We know that if Space scientists were interested in 'leaving no one behind', then they would be focusing all their missions down to Earth, not up to space. They would be focusing on getting edible plants spread around the globe, minimizing desertification, replenishing wildlife stocks and providing all humans with information about imminent weather emergencies before they get hurt (to name a few).
But space exploration does not mind leaving others behind. It is all about "CONQUEST ON THE FINAL FRONTIER". It is not about inclusion.
Further, the data gathered by the Daily Space team is HEAVILY BIASED towards the United States' political agenda. These are not the type of 'Socially Conscious' hosts who will notice that they are distributors of International space propaganda... their involvement in space misinformation will slowly grow until it is one day so obvious, that they will be forced to decide whether they wish to keep using the same sources, or to disassociate themselves publicly from those sources. Its a matter of time.
Also...If you think that the 2021 Film 'Don't look up' is a 'Satire about the possibility of a future asteroid impact'... you have so much re-learning to do. 'The Asteroid' is a metaphor for 'HUMAN-CAUSED CLIMATE DISASTER'.
