“I was hoping to give a five star review as I have read Ryan’s books and think they are great, but never listened to his show. So I tried my first one yesterday. Not even eight minutes into it, he drops an F-bomb. Normally that language doesn’t bother me in certain non-business settings, but it was not marked explicit. And I had my ten year old daughter in the car with me as I was listening to it, so she also heard what comes out of that man’s mouth as he interviews other professionals. Plus it was surprising to hear someone who preaches a certain type of living to speak like that when there are more robust words in his lexicon. I guess I expected better. So my first impression was short-lived and I’m pretty much done with his show after this first effort. I was expecting a bit more professionalism in his approach to his podcast. I will still read his books though. Also fast forward to the four minute mark to get past the commercials.”
