“I love the insights to stoic philosophy. Have been going through a very challenging time professionally, and this is one of my new “go to” resources to navigate. I appreciate the daily podcast and also insights into to Marcus Aurelius’ Mediations. Less useful for me are Ryan’s interviews with other people where I sometimes feel Ryan is wanting to show off his knowledge or success or sell his services or gadgets. (Very sorry to say this but I want to provide authentic and constructive feedback.). This doesn’t remove the value Ryan has brought me through the introduction to stoic philosophy, his most recent book “Justice is the Way” and the historical connection. I “met” him through Ten Percent Happier and Dan Harris and the two of them have accompanied me through toxic work and I am forever changed. I am eternally grateful.”

“This podcast is part of my normal morning routine. I would give it 5 stars if not for the liberal bias and sales pitch at the end of every podcast. Why not bash radicalization overall and not just “right wing” radicalization.”
