NASA episode shockingly biased reporting
I listen to the Daily literally every day, and this episode alone is forcing me to reconsider. I know one listener in the grand scheme of things means nothing to NYT, but I needed to share my feeling that this episode was absolutely egregious in terms of bias and limited perspective in reporting. It was a gross and harmful misrepresentation of what the so-called “culture wars” are about and it is a dangerous, irresponsibly one-sided approach to storytelling. Everyone involved in this episode should take a step back and think about the dangerous repercussions of asking folks to never hold historical figures to present day standards - as if morality and nondiscriminatory values just appeared out of thin air one day in the 1960s. This episode badly needed an LGBTQ+ historian’s perspective or, at the very least, an American Studies scholar to offset the deep bias of both the Doctor and this reporter. It’s irresponsible and not at all what I would expect from NYT.

Very potent tool. I personally like less sport, and more news and insight.
