Parental Guilt
Do you have a kid or kids? Then you probably have parental guilt. This is the that part that eats at you for all of the “could have dones” or “could have beens”, and the “what if’s”.
We sit down and talk about the guilt we're carrying, and give a quick update on The Crow. -
Going to Therapy
There is stigma around going to therapy. People are also nervous and don't know what to expect. In this episode we try and lay all of that out.
