Police leadership in the Louisville Metro Police Department first heard of officers in their ranks sexually abusing teens in 2013. For years, the allegations went nowhere. Was it ineptitude and simple negligence, or something more nefarious, like corruption and a cover-up? In the second episode in our four-part series, we talk to local politicians and lawyers who detail the prolonged lack of accountability around the sex abuse scandal in the department.
