Eccentric, delightful, a smile in every review
Stumbled onto this, and downloaded the comments on books I had read. They were so funny, so eccentric, and in their way insightful, I downloaded them all, and quickly listened to them. The discussions by critics were fair and thoughtful, and, typically, kinder than the digested summary of the book, but a perfect corrective. I have only good to say.

Even when you aren't familiar with the classic and modern books being satired, you feel familiar with them after you've heard John Crace's "digested" version of them. When you are, in fact, familiar with the book that's being skewered, it's even more hilarious!Read full review »
