ReidD92 ,

Really good, but sometimes people are vague

Awesome podcast and I really appreciate it. I feel that it would be enhanced though if the interviewee would expand on their answers though, or would provide good TTPs in what they were doing. Sometimes they are very vague, and don’t provide any steps for us to follow. When they are asked “what did you do to succeed?” And they answer back that they understood commanders guidance, get the staff on the same page, conduct staff syncs, etc. those are good buzz phrases for a support form but don’t help us. However, when they expand on it and say they conduct staff assisted visits down to the SSA prior to NTC, the SSA is looking for ERC-P on the ESR to prioritize parts, those are the really good tips that I’m here for.
