“It is NOT ok to advise people to plan on a trial. A trial is worth AVOIDING. Lawyers are ludicrously expensive. It’s a criminal cost for most people, especially against a narcissist. You need to AVOID the abuse of court, MINIMISE use of lawyers and use toggle mediation. You need to write your own draft plans for orders AND collect your own evidence. The family law system in Australia is FULL of dullard, slack charletons with very little insight or psychological understanding. Narcs WILL run up legal fees and lawyers WILL lap that up. It’s a corrupt conflict of interest. Be wise and do your own work. The law is DUMB.”
