Great storytelling and voice
The first chapter was awesome! She has a very smooth and soothing voice. I have never read the books but I am intrigued. I am looking forward to listening to all the chapters! Great job!!
Fantastic storytelling and analysis!
As someone who’s not familiar with the series, I was especially grateful for Shyla’s patient analysis and storytelling. Her connections to other work and social constructs are brilliant. I’m not a reader but she made me want to read this series. Hungry for more!!!
Clever analysis!
I loved the Animorphs as a kid, and this is like a blast from the past. The host has a really intriguing perspective, lending a racial and social justice lens to the narrative that as a white child, was totally lost on me. I’ve super enjoyed the first two episodes, and I can’t wait to hear more!
