Podcast could be called “all you wanted to know about stretching, but were afraid to ask”. What a thorough discussion on stretching, from why to why not, when, and how. So glad i got to hear the episode. I learned so much 😊

I listened to the menstruation episode and the guest was excellent. However, she explained multiple times to the host that it was incorrect to assume that only “women” menstruate and that it was correct to say “those who menstruate” as this was inclusive of gender diversity. It was so frustrating...Read full review »

I agree with another review that the episode on menopause was pretty abysmal. It represented what many doctors lack which is proper training around the area, this was all very general information that we’ve been told for years and I laughed at the recommendation timeframe for HRT, you can take it...Read full review »

The show about menopause was a classic example of doctors not taking women’s concerns seriously. For example, the doctor on the show suggested a woman volunteer or learn another language to help with the brain fog associated with menopause. As if we don’t already have enough things we need to do!...Read full review »

This is the most interesting and informative series of podcasts on personal health that I have found. A wide variety of topics. Podcasts are approx 20-25 min in length.
Dave Shema via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 05/07/23
Very informative without being too technical. Topics are important but often overlooked in other medical shows or publications e.g. non- alcoholic fatty liver disease Keep up the good work!

I love the variety of topics and the short, digestible length. Dr. Goldman does a great job of summarizing information into bullet points at the end of every episode. I learn something each time and highly recommend to everyone.
Jekyll Jane via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 04/13/23
It is the best because Dr Goldman does a summary at the end of each podcast interview, which allows one to retain most important facts. Thank you very much

The Dose is a fantastic podcast that I have come to rely on as a source of current, up to date, science based information in a very confusing information overloaded world. Thanks Dr Brian for your wonderful work.

It’s sometimes an interesting show but can fall short with narrow views on subjects. It’s also worth noting that they ask listeners to go and give this podcast a 5-star rating so take the legitimacy of the ratings as you will.

The topics are timely and relevant. I get questions answered and next steps, in case I need to know more or if I should be going to my doctor. In theses crazy times, it is a place to get information that helps me as a mom and as someone with some health problems.
