First question - I put a tablespoon of non-alkalized cocoa powder in my morning coffee, but nothing else. Does the cocoa break my fast?
Second question—I have had a problem with leg cramps at night, though I am now supplementing with magnesium. I’m on a limited income, so I can’t always afford a long list of supplements. Which foods are highest in magnesium and other minerals that might prevent leg cramps?
My last question is about spirulina. Does it deplete the body of B vitamins? Thank you, Dr G for restoring good health to so many people!”
