SUPERB.. CHALLENGING.. FUN..

This podcast is amazing. It’s well put together with smooth cross-fades from guest to narrator, and challenges the way we view important topics. It’s fun and always lights a fire in my mind and makes me seek out more research and details. Great guests and the podcast is written well. A NEW FAVORITE OF MINE FOR SURE! 🤩🤩🤩

Informative and practical

J.B is clearly a smart and hardworking guy and this podcast is where he’s taken that after his time with prior projects of fitness coaching and training the trainers for nutrition. He’s generous with unpacking some technical issues and the podcast guests make a good reading list for those who want a deeper dive into these topics. The marketing here isn’t too deeply hidden, but people need to get paid and the marketing doesn’t seem to skew the accuracy of the reporting. I’m a NP who also does some health coaching so I know marketing that only serves market share rather than progress and this ain’t it.
