Every time someone shows signs of a hard or traumatized past, he characterizes them as children and as someone who can’t control their emotions. Really?! Does he actually think he is helping by calling every caller’s problem a child or immature? He should try to talk to the callers with compassion instead of annoyance for interrupting his coffee break.
