Thankful to have found Dr. Tyna as someone in their 20’s!

While Dr. Tyna is really paving the way for her listeners who are coming into their midlife I can’t help but take everything she is saying and apply it to my life (and my husbands, lol!) at 28 now. My sister (23) turned me onto her show a year or so ago and my whole family have loved it! Sharing episodes weekly that have resonated with us. Dr. Tyna does not mess around. She’s here to share amber thoughts and expertise and there is no sugar coating.
