Loads of half-truths
While their articles on world economics and finances are still worth a read, the geopolitical writings have long been chalk-full of biases and half-truths. This podcast makes it even worse since the authors get even less time to pad their writings, and basically going full-on with their narratives.

Usually The Economist provides well written, well researched, and objective reporting. Their recent story on capital punishment -- the death penalty -- was a marked departure from that approach.
