Whether we like it or not, we were all forced to embrace the Simple Life over the past year. We could either fight against it, or relax into it and enjoy all the gifts that come in living simply.
Anne is having a hard time getting her New York Metro Lifestyle out of her system and her high blood pressure is living proof! Although she lives in a 1700’s New England Homestead in the country and decorates in primitive decor, she is having a very hard time embracing all that comes with the simple lifestyle. She rushes around from day to night, multi-tasking on the computer, listening to meditation tapes while she aimlessly scrolls through facebook, and frankly put, sometimes her life is just a hot mess! It’s almost as if she just can’t relax!
