Growing up I thought there was something wrong with me. I would always say to my mom “I wish I was normal”. This podcast truly made me realize I am normal. I’m now 27 years old. Suffered with this phobia since I was 5. Knowing that there are so many others out there exactly like me is so reassuring that together, we can beat this! Casey does an amazing job explaining this phobia and just listening to this podcast calms me down. Keep up the great work Casey!
