Description
On September 26th, 2024, Hannah Gutierrez was in court to see if she could get her case dismissed or to push for a new trial.
If Gutierrez is granted a new trial she will immediately be released from custody and the defense will request that a new special prosecutor will be assigned to the case.
The judge listened to the defense and the prosecution and took it all under submission and promised to make a ruling next week.
