Emma’s interview with Rupal Patel was inspirational. I nodded all the way through with occasional punches in the air at some stuff that, despite being fairly obvious, was delivered in such a positive style that, Luke Emma, I’m going back in with pencil & paper to take/make notes! XX

Far too many ads, and the host has an annoying tendency to try and finish people’s sentences for them. Used to really enjoy it, but sadly not the same any more.

Overall interesting pod. Sometimes it’s a bit waffly but Emma is though provoking and listens well to those she interviews.

Excellent guests for the most part but having a ‘menopause doctor’ talking about wild yam cream is downright dangerous. This isn’t recommended by the NHS or The British Menopause Society. Same doctor also says women shouldn’t have muscles. Her quote: “it’s not natural or attractive.” Seriously?!...Read full review »

Emma asks real question for real humans, she is truthful about her own insecurities without it being all about her as with many hosts. She listens... and I enjoy listening with her. Thank you Emma- this pod rocks.

Hmm
Usually love Emma’s show, but her newest episode with Hannah really missed the mark… I thought we were done with ‘cheat days’ and ‘bouncing back’ .. so uncomfortable?

I have listened to this podcast for a few years now. Emma is so great at interviewing as she really puts herself in the listeners shoes and often her next question will be the one I already have in my mind. She clearly does a lot of prep and is really sensitive to all aspects of a discussion and...Read full review »

I used to religiously listen to this but I am going to unsubscribe. There's so much focus on weight and 'wellbeing', plus I find the adverts really off-putting. I understand they are important for Emma to fund the podcast but they are a lot. I used to love the beauty topics but I have...Read full review »

Emma has the skill of being able to make an interview feel like a conversation. She asks the questions but gets out of the guest’s way to allow an answer. But she still contributes her experiences which give the show a conversational feeling.
