Why can’t you live in my town !!

Just went for a walk because I was so down. - No idea why. Plugged in your podcast and am really understanding and identifying with a lot of what you’ve sad in the first 3 episodes! I think I figured out why I’m so down, my life emotionally is a mess and the “therapy” I’ve been getting for the past year and a half has hardly hit it on the head like you have in about 1 sessions time! America is so short on mental health staff! I’m going to keep listening- hopefully you can help me help myself 🤗

Sound quality very distracting

Between the host’s soft and gentle voice, and the reverberating echo, it requires too much concentration to listen to. Unsubscirbing.
