Disappointed in the lack of effort
While I do enjoy moments of this podcast (both of them can be downright funny), I am regularly disappointed in both Moshe and Natasha’s lack of effort to actually understand the experience of certain groups, in particular the LGBTQIA community. Listening to the ways they address trans individuals or decide they know the titles sex workers prefer — instead of actually listening to feedback and information from a sex worker speaking directly to their own experience in the field — can be hurtful and alienating. I do genuinely think these are two funny individuals and I hope this podcast can take a turn in the right direction. It sometimes feels wrong to continually listen to a show where I routinely hear things that make me cringe, when there are so many other creators out there whose content is genuinely uplifting and inclusive. I fully understand that nobody is perfect, or totally PC, but it’s starting to feel like they don’t even care to make an earnest effort to change that behavior.
